This website is operated by Nova Digital Apps LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, with its registered office at 75 E 3rd St, Ste 7, Sheridan, WY 82801. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
What the site is for
The site presents our studio and our apps. It is provided for information. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation or professional advice, and the descriptions of apps in development may change before release or not ship at all.
Our content and brand
The text, design, code, images, the interactive figures and the Nova name and mark on this site belong to Nova Digital Apps LLC or its licensors. You may view the site and link to it. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reuse the content or the brand without our written permission, except where the law allows it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the site, to probe or overload it, to scrape it automatically, or to use it for anything unlawful. We may block access from any source that does so.
Our apps and third-party services
Our apps are distributed through the App Store and Google Play and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies and to the terms of those stores. Links to third-party sites and services are provided for convenience; we do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
