Privacy policy
What this website and our apps do with personal data, in plain words.
Last updated: 29 September 2026
Who we are
Nova Digital Apps LLC is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, with its registered office at 75 E 3rd St, Ste 7, Sheridan, WY 82801. We are the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at legal@novadigitalapps.com.
This website
This website is a static site. It has no accounts, no forms and no comment fields, and it does not set cookies or run analytics or advertising scripts. Nothing you do on the page is recorded by us.
The site is served by our hosting provider, which keeps standard server logs for security and capacity: the IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and the browser identifier. These logs are kept for a limited period by the provider under its own retention rules and are not combined with any other data.
When you write to us
If you email us, we receive your address, your name if you sign with it, and whatever you put in the message. We use this only to reply and to keep the conversation on record. We keep correspondence for as long as the matter it concerns is open and for up to three years afterwards, unless the law requires a longer period.
Our apps
Each app we publish has its own privacy policy, linked from its listing on the App Store and Google Play and from inside the app. That policy describes what the app itself collects and why. This page covers the website and our correspondence, not the apps.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share data only with providers who work for us under contract, such as hosting and email, and only as needed to run the service, or where the law requires it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its use, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Write to legal@novadigitalapps.com and we will answer within one month. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
Changes
When this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes to how we handle data will be announced on the home page for at least 30 days.
